In the tapestry of WNMU’s success, it’s the threads of excellence that bind us together. The service excellence awards are a testament to the champions of service – the individuals who turn ordinary interactions into extraordinary experiences. Their dedication to enhancing the lives of our students, colleagues, and community members is a true reflection of the values we hold dear.
As we recognize and celebrate their contributions to our P.R.I.D.E. principles, let their stories inspire us all to carry forward the legacy of service that makes WNMU an institution like no other. “We are Mustangs serving Mustangs!”

Eligibility
- All full-time/part-time staff employees in a regular benefits-eligible position
- Includes employees under the bargaining unit

Award Information
- Staff members will vote for one of their colleagues, in each job classification, through an anonymous voting process in the April/May timeframe.
- All award deductions include all applicable taxes and withholdings.
- Award recipients will be announced at Fall Convocation in August.
