Faculty Excellence Awards
WNMU faculty are eligible to earn Distinguished Faculty Awards which are overseen by Academic Affairs/Faculty Senate President and the Sabbatical Leave and Faculty Awards Committee. Each year, the Faculty recipients are honored during the Fall Convocation. This years winners are as follows:
- Excellence in Research – Sundar Tamang – Recognition bestowed upon faculty members who have demonstrated outstanding contributions and achievements in the field of research.
- Excellence in Teaching – Shiva Kyasa – Recognition given to faculty members have demonstrated exceptional skill, dedication, and effectiveness in the field of teaching
